AMEX lowers credit limit of customers who shop at WalMart.  In today’s economy, I dare say the reckless spend-to-impress rich have a higher propensity to default vs. the poor.  Bernie Madoff victims can’t pawn off their safety deposit boxes fast enough pay their off their lifestyles.
